Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Eden Collective, we are committed to delivering exceptional events, workshops and experiences. Due to the curated and limited-capacity nature of our offerings, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all bookings made through our website.
1. Events, Workshops & Experiences
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event start time: You are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees. To request a refund, please email us at [hello@eden-collective.co.uk] with your full name and the name of the event.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made inside the 72-hour window. This is because venue, catering, hosting and supplier costs are confirmed and committed to in advance, based on confirmed attendee numbers.
Transferring your ticket: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no cost, on approval by the founder. Please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact details of your replacement.
No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
2. Membership Subscriptions
Eden Collective memberships are billed monthly on a rolling basis. You may cancel your membership by contacting us via email: hello@eden-collective.co.uk. Cancellations will take effect 1 MONTH from receipt of cancellation, at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to all member benefits until that date.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, including in cases where events or sessions have not yet been attended within the billing cycle.
3. Cancellations or Changes by Eden Collective
In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund of your ticket price, or
- A transfer of your ticket to a future Eden event of equivalent value
We will always do our best to give as much notice as possible. Eden Collective is not liable for any travel, accommodation or associated costs incurred in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.
4. Force Majeure
Eden Collective will not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health restrictions, venue issues, or acts beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer a transfer to a future event where possible.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [hello@eden-collective.co.uk] and include:
- Your full name
- The name and date of the event
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
